Aerosol Chewing Gum Remover Fabpro’s Aerosol Chewing Gum Remover is a quick easy way to remove gum, candle wax, putty and other freezable substances from rugs, carpets, and upholstery. Directions. 1. Remove whatever surface gum can be removed. 2. Score remaining gum with a bone scraper or dull knife. 3. Spray remaining gum with a 3- second blast of Aerosol Chewing Gum Remover, holding the spout about 1″(inch) from the gum. When gum turns white from freezing, chip off remaining gum and pick up frozen pieces immediately. 4. Repeat step #3 if gum begins to thaw. 5. If any residue remains, remove by using a volatile solvent, or Fabpro’s Dry Fabric Cleaner, or OMS. Applied with a clean white cloth (before using the solvent, test for colorfastness in an inconspicuous area). Conventiently Packaged. Available in 12/9 ounce aerosol cans per case.
