New carpet or freshly cleaned carpet which is dry: mix 1 gallon of Fluoropolymer Carpet Protector w/Zonyl^® with 4 gallons of water (4 to 1 dilution). Apply at the rate of 200 square feet per diluted gallon. Freshly cleaned carpet which is still damp: mix 1 gallon of Fluoropolymer Carpet Protector w/Zonyl^® with 2 gallons of water (2 to 1 dilution). Apply at the rate of 350 square feet per diluted gallon.

pH: mildly acidic 5.0-7.0.
