AQUASEAL provides excellent adhesion to all hard surfaces allowing the use of floor finishes as top coats for ease of maintenance.
AQUASEAL may be used as a sealer before the installation of carpet, tile or paint.

Directions:
Mop on. Recoat as fast as it dries.
For new concrete: apply as soon as concrete has set or forms removed. This will aid in the curing process in that it will allow the concrete to retain moisture for a longer period and thus improve the hardness of the concrete. Apply at a rate of 400-500 square feet per gallon.
For unsealed concrete apply at a rate of 400-500 square feet per gallon. Apply coats as necessary for gloss required.
For stone floors, apply one or two coats, and then apply YAR 26.
