Concentrated Floor Coating
Benefits:
YAR-18 is self sealing for all resilient floors and for sealed terrazzo, concrete, wood and cork. It will cover from 3000 to 4000 square feet per gallon.
YAR-18 is “Goof Proof” No Streaks-No “Fish Eyes,” Super Recoatability, Complete Removability, Great Leveling, Super Shine! YAR-18 is Durable, Resistant to Black Heel Markings, Detergents, and Water Spotting. YAR-18 is also Non- Powdering, Non Scuffing, Non Yellowing, and Non Slip!
Directions:
Stripped Floors: Apply two coats of Undercoat S-24 and one coat of YAR-18 or apply three coats of YAR 18. Allow 25 minutes between coats.
Coated Floors: One coat of YAR 18 should be enough for a high shine.
Maintenance: Designed for high speed buffing, this versatile product will respond to any machine speed or maintenance method. This is a “GOOF” PROOF MATERIAL”, dust and damp mopping should be all that is required in most cases.
Complete stripping should never be necessary.
