Concentrated Floor Coating
Benefits:
YAR-16 is self sealing for all resilient floors and for sealed terrazzo, concrete, wood and cork. It will cover from 3000 to 4000 square feet per gallon.
YAR-16 is “Goof Proof” No Streaks-Super Recoatability, Complete Removability, Great Leveling, Super Shine! YAR-16 is Durable, Resistant to Black Heel Markings, Detergents, and Water Spotting. YAR-16 is also Non- Powdering, Non-Scuffing, Non Yellowing, and Non Slip!
Directions:
Stripped Floors: Apply two coats of UNDERCOAT S-24 and allow to dry 25 minutes, and one coat of YAR 16; or apply three coats of YAR-16. Allow 45 minutes between coats.
Coated Floors: One coat of YAR-16 should be enough for a high shine.
Maintenance: Designed for high speed buffing, this versatile product will respond to any machine speed or maintenance method. This is a ‘GOOF PROOF MATERIAL,” dust and damp mopping should be all that is required in most cases.
Complete stripping should never be necessary.
