Anti-foaming.
If there is anything you don’t need when out on the job it’s foam, in the recovery tank, usually caused by shampoo residue in the carpet from previous cleanings. We’ve added a special anti-foamer to help prevent foaming in the wand, head, tank, nose and recovery tank.

Contains buffers.
The special formulation of Fabpro’s Powder Steam Detergent Heavy Duty contains buffering ingredients in order to maintain the optimum cleaning pH in use dilutions.

Retards soiling.
Powder Steam Detergent Heavy Duty residue dries to a hard crystal that ties up oily soils and is easily vacuumed from carpet. Resoiling is retarded since the residues do not remain in the carpet after vacuuming to attract airborne dirt or create resoiling.

Easy-to-use directions.
For truckmount concentrated stock solution: mix 2 lbs. Powder Steam Detergent Heavy Duty with 5 gallons of warm water.
For ready-to-use portable extraction machine solution: mix 2-3 ounces of Powder Steam Detergent Heavy Duty with 5 gallons of warm water.

pH: Retains optimum buffered pH for the job (9.5-10.5 depending on dilution).
