Benefits:
FORMULA pH 4 is specially formulated to prevent browning and discoloration for those “problem” carpets and fabrics. FORMULA pH 4 is an effective cleaner for Haitian cotton, wool, and most oriental rugs.

Vacuum the entire carpet.
Test for colorfastness of carpets and fabrics.
Pre-spot traffic lanes and stained areas before cleaning.

Directions:
Dilute 10 ounces of FORMULA pH 4 per gallon of water. Proceed with shampoo.
After carpet is dry, vacuum thoroughly.

Warning:
FORMULA pH 4 may cause eye and skin irritation. Harmful if swallowed.

First Aid Procedures:
In case of contact with skin, flush with water for 15 minutes. For eyes, flush with water for 15 minutes and get prompt medical attention. Remove and wash clothing that has come in contact with chemical before reuse. If swallowed, drink a large quantity of water. Do not induce vomiting.. CALL A PHYSICIAN IMMEDIATLEY.
